UCLan - Cyprus

University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus), established in 2012 in Pyla, Larnaka, is the first UK branch campus in Cyprus. It is fully licensed by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and accredited by the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), granting dual British and Cypriot degrees.

Boasting a modern €53 million campus, UCLan Cyprus features top-tier facilities: AV-equipped lecture theatres, moot court, sports and psychology labs, media studios, a library, fitness centre, and on-campus accommodation with a swimming pool.

Students pursue accredited programmes in Business, Law, Computing, Engineering, Psychology, Sports Science, Cybersecurity, and more. The School of Law includes Cyprus’s first moot courtroom, while its Business School partners with ACCA, CISI, ICAEW, and CIMA—boosting graduates’ employability.

Graduates receive double-awarded degrees recognized across Europe and beyond. Over 92% of alumni report satisfaction, and 98% are employed, in further study, or training after graduation.

A member of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), the university is committed to research, sustainability, and community engagement.

Positioned at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, UCLan Cyprus leverages UCLan UK’s 190+ years of academic heritage yet remains cost-effective—tuition and living costs are lower than in the UK while offering the same educational quality.
