Emversity - Bengaluru

Emversity is a Bengaluru based, skill focused higher education platform established in 2023 by Vivek Sinha, ex COO of Unacademy, under its parent company Beyond Odds Technologies. It delivers industry-aligned certificate and degree programs—such as B.Voc and B.Sc (Hons.)—in allied healthcare (nursing, lab tech, respiratory therapy, emergency & trauma care), hospitality (culinary, F&B, room management), and more.

Emversity's innovative “earn while you learn” model offers employer sponsored stipends, immersive technology like VR labs and simulators, and curriculum co designed with healthcare and hospitality experts. Launched with an $11 M seed and backed by investors like Matrix India, Lightspeed, Z47, Alteria Capital, and InnoVen, Emversity raised $5 M in April 2025 to scale from 36 campuses in 18 states to over 75 within the fiscal year.

Through strong university partnerships (e.g., Yenepoya, Malla Reddy) and MoUs, Emversity expands its reach while maintaining NAAC A+ and UGC-recognized status. Its Bengaluru centre collaborates with top hospitals like Fortis and Apollo, ensuring internships (18–24 months) with stipends and placements averaging ₹18–30 k/month.
